FIFPro

From 27 to 29 November 2018, at the Westin Excelsior Rome in via Veneto, the annual FIFPro congress took place. FIFPro is the worldwide representative organization for all professional footballers; the World Players’ Union currently has 63 national players’ associations as their members.

As the Westin Excelsior Rome’s “Preferred Supplier”, we were asked to provide technical services for an event that saw our country for the second time as a host site. The event coincided with the 50^th anniversary of the foundation of the Italian Footballers Association.

During the event, important issue were to be discussed: the reform of international competitions, changes to the FIFA regulations, and the functioning of regulatory bodies on international disputes. All this required the installation of reliable and high-quality technical systems.

To respect the technical demands of a rather informed Client, providing a global top level service, of high reliability and an adequate aesthetic impact. To transform an international congress into a true moment of collegiality, thanks to the simplicity of the systems in use.

To set up all the rooms used for the different conference sessions according to the same “feeling” of the Plenary, so as to create a unique event.

Set up of our Pipe and Drape system, total length of 25 meters for 4.5 meters in height; two screen 16/9 with a base of 4 meters and a central graphic with the logo of the congress. An architectural lighting system with a blue dominant, in order to contrast with the red cast of the entire layout.
