The Westin Excelsior Rome

This is certainly one of the biggest Halls available in the center of Rome, offering a wide variety of services to clients.

In a XVIII century environment, respecting mirrors and the marble and cristal decorations, its regular planimetry allows us to create scenographic and linear lighting and AV settings, technologically advanced with high emotional impact.

The Hall can be tailored according to the client’s style and time available, posing particular attention to details in order to create an impressive setting.

Both Halls can accomodate receptions and meetings for a large number of participants, reaching up to 600 people with the two Halls combined.

These locations give us the opportunity to install slimmer AV systems for simple and neat scenic settings, ideal for post-event relax. In case of Exhibitions and Fairs, we can provide Modular Stands, Gazebos, and Display Racks.

We can also offer numerous personalized settings, such as “Disco”, Cocktails, Gala Dinners, Celebrations of Foreign States’ Public Holidays, Corporate Events.

Although much smaller than the other Halls, its strategic and secluded position allows us to create highly technical-advanced set-ups for a smaller but more specialized audience.

Numerous times we are present in Press Conferences, restricted meetings, and Study Groups, when an intimate, comfortable, and highly-professional atmosphere is required.
